We found Project One to be one of the few building firms we had contacted that could provide genuine, clear costings from the outset with quality guarantees. Our quotation was swiftly provided and they clearly discussed and explained all of the details. We were kept informed of project timescales, completion dates and all key stages as work progressed.
Our extension was over our kitchen whilst the family were still living in the remainder of the house, however this was not a problem at all as Project One showed complete integrity and kept disruption and damage to the bare minimum.
The removal of our kitchen roof was carefully planned to prevent damage to any fittings and surrounds. Dust sheets were used at all times to protect the interior of our home. At the end of every day the team had a rigorous clean up and ensured a safe passage to the garden. The builders even fed our children’s pet rabbits when we were away.
As our extension progressed over a six-week period, we never witnessed any down time. Works were consistently being undertaken throughout every day.
Our new rooms exceeded our expectations, and at the end of the construction, unavoidable snags were fixed within 24 hours.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service we received from start to finish and would highly recommend Project One builders to friends, family and others.

Following a site visit made by Des Brown the director of Project 1 to provide a quotation, we commissioned them to carry out works converting a bathroom to a wet room.
From this initial visit and throughout the project we were kept informed at every stage and the works were carried out on time and to a very high standard.
